A Decree Absolute is the final Court order in a divorce. You are free to remarry once you have received a Decree Absolute and the marriage has officially been dissolved.

What do I need to get a Decree Absolute?
You will need either a previous copy of the Decree Absolute or at least the Case Number. If you have neither, there is still a way to get a copy but it takes longer and costs extra. More information here.
