What is a Driving Licence?

Who can get a Driving Licence?

Anyone over 17, who has residency in the UK for at least 6 months, can apply to get a UK Driving Licence. You will need to take lessons with either a driving instructor or competent person (so long as they are over 21, had their licence over 3 years and is not currently banned).

What do I need to get a Driving Licence?

You need to pass a Theory Test and a Practical Test. The Practical part of the test must be completed within 2 years of the Theory being passed.
