What is an International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC)?
The ICPC is used to ensure the safeguarding of children in schools and other organisations outside the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. It provides information to those international organisations who do not have a way to determine a person's suitability to be in contact with children or vulnerable adults.
Who can get an International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC)?
Anyone can apply, personally, for an International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC), even if you've never been to the UK, you can apply for a certificate which will state you have never been in trouble with the Police in the UK.

Things to remember
Only the original International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) can be apostilled, no photocopies or scans can be apostilled.
The International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) is not eligible for the e-Apostille service.
If you already have an International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) but you are abroad, you can contact ACRO on 00442380451477 and ask them to send a duplicate to us, rather than having to send your document overseas.
