What’s the process?

If you already have your International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) then after you have placed your order, you will receive an email with instructions. Simply send us your documents (no supporting information or other documents are required) and we’ll process your order as soon as we receive them.

An ICPC is issued by the Police to confirm the information currently held about you regarding your criminal record with specific regard and extra checks for Child Protection. The apostille itself can only be placed on an original ICPC, it is impossible to apostille a copy - even if it has been certified by a solicitor.

The Apostilles Group can order an International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) on your behalf.

QATARI EMBASSY ATTESTATION

Qatar are not members of the Hague Convention and so, any UK documents being used in Qatar require further attestation after UK FCDO legalisation.

  • £90 for 1 document

  • £70 each for 2 documents or more

The Qatari Embassy also have a specific way of legalising Degree qualifications. You must supply:

  1. Certificate of Degree

  2. Transcripts of Degree

  3. Letter confirming the following details:

    • location of studies

    • location of exams

    • start and end dates of studies

    • mode of studies – full/part-time

    • format of studies – distance learning (E-learning) or face to face (on-site learning)
