DBS Certificate Apostille
DBS checks are carried out by the Disclosure and Barring Service, also known as DBS. A DBS check is a record of a person’s criminal convictions and cautions. DBS processes four different types of DBS check:
• Basic DBS check
• Standard DBS check
• Enhanced DBS check
• Enhanced with Barred
The apostille can only be placed on the original document and must be solicitor certified. The Apostilles Group can arrange solicitor certification and the apostille using our Enhanced Service. There is no option for the DBS Certificate to be e-Apostilled.
